VALUE ADDED ACADEMICS
The learning never stops at Wheeling Country Day School. WCDS practices the Orton-Gillingham methodology and techniques and this is not limited to the classroom.
We’ve created an extensive remote learning program so our reach is not limited to our physical space. We also have summer learning programs available to help while school is not in session.
DEDICATED TEACHERS, STAFF, & PARENTS
Wheeling Country Day School is more than just a school – we are a community. Our teachers care for their students like parents care for their children. Our teachers know each student that comes into our school – not just the names of kids in their class. This makes a difference.
Parents are welcomed into conversations with our weekly Coffee Talks, in-person meetings, or Zoom conferences. WCDS earns advocates by the way parents and students feel while attending our school.
